GMCI Calcium Carbonate is the preferred alternative for rubber applications that have improved cost-effectiveness and the last characteristics of the products. Products are generally used in tires, conveyor belts, cables, laminations, gaskets, stickers, sleeves, profiles, rollers, molded rubber goods and special compounds which ensure greater mineral loading without process disorder.

GMCI offers a range of raw material minerals to choose from, i.e. Talc, Carbonate, Calcium Carbonate, Kaolin, Mica is produced according to international regulatory standards under clean and controlled conditions of manufacture. GMCI Rubber minerals are commodity products used in the manufacture of various rubber products. During processing the component’s elasticity, strength, length, strength, durability, and wear resistance will be determined by rubber minerals.

GMCI Talc reduces the viscosity of rubber compounds and thus helps molded parts to be processed. This also boosts the efficiency of extruded parts, raises output speeds and strengthens UV protection from the exterior of vehicle profiles, for example. They provide strong strain strength in sealants and gaskets and they create a barrier to liquids in pharmaceutical stoppers. Talc acts as isolators in cables and allows outstanding handling aids in the manufacture of tires.
